Shipping costs

We ship worldwide quickly and cost-effectively in more than 150 countries. The shipping costs depend on the selected destination and the weight of the ordered goods or/and on the value of the goods. If the ordered goods to be shipped in multiple packages or subsequent delivery is necessary, we will ask you to pay for each packet.

Attention: SARAD GmbH does not ship goods to currently embargoed countries.

If the package weight exceeds the maximum weight, the goods cannot be shipped the regular way. In this case, we will inform you about any additional costs and estimated delivery time after the order has been placed.

Usually, we ship by UPS. We also can use your shipping service, if you add it by registration at an online shop or by purchase.

Delivery time

Delivery time is 3-4 weeks.

The above-mentioned delivery time assumes that the goods to be ordered are in stock. Also, the time of delivery depends on the type of delivery service used and on the delivery address. If some items are not in stock at the moment, the shipping time may be extended to 4-7 weeks.

The shipping costs will be added shortly before completing each purchase order. Also, there is a possibility that the shipping costs at the online shop are not displayed properly. In this case, they will be revised only after completing the purchase.

Express delivery

If you need the goods as soon as possible we can send them via express courier to you. The cost of this service is a minimum €50 additionally and depends on the country of the final destination.

Customs duties, taxes, and other fees

Deliveries to non-EU countries may charge additional duties, taxes, and fees according to the local regulations.
