The gas cleaning bottle enables in combination with a Radon monitor a fast determination of radon activity concentration in water. The measurement takes place within a sealed air loop, which leads under optimal conditions to equilibrium state within 30 minutes. Additionally, a water separator can be joined up into the circuit in between the radon monitor and the cleaning bottle to prevent water from entering the measuring chamber or pump. Furthermore, a suitable software, which factors all important values (volume, temperature, detection limit, correction factor) into computation of radon activity concentration, is included in the delivery.
