Warranty / Service / Spare parts
SARAD GmbH provides a general 24 month warranty for customers in the European Union countries and 12 months for customers outside of the EU. Since SARAD GmbH also distributes the products of other manufacturers; their warranty shall apply to those products. The warranty period begins with the receipt of the goods by the customer. We reserve the right of rectification.
We offer a cost effective repair service for our products. We repair your instruments within the warranty period and after. For items which we re-sell only, we will forward your repair request to the manufacturer directly. For the repairs please send your instrument to us:

Please contact us via the contact form on our website before sending in instruments for repair. After the end of warranty, we will charge between 30 and 100 EUR for the initial check and estimate of cost depending on the type of instrument. This fee will be set off against the cost of repair, if you order the repair.
Now we perform calibrations of all measuring instruments by ISO and DKD standard. We calibrate each instrument from our product range, both new devices as well as older instruments. Our service team will be glad to provide you all detailed information.

Please note that spare parts are generally excluded from the returns.
